Sometimes life gets in the way when one's vying towards their fitness goals. Enter SPT. We hold you accountable to you and your fitness goals. Our staff customizes an exercise plan, along with cardio and nutritional information to get you moving towards those idle goals. 

            1 on 1 PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

 

We offer a complementary screening to each of our private clients. We take that collected information and begin customizing a personalized fitness program.

We understand that many of our clients are seeking accountability. So we create a personalized exercise program that is attainable and sustainable. The peridization we construct will be based on the clients fitness needs and goals. 

            SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Many of our semi-private training sessions are designed for the group not the individual.  This is a great option for the individual that would like to workout in a small group setting while socially distancing themselves from thier peers. Typically the semi-private sessions have 2-5 particiapnts at a time.
